Try this quick self-check:

  1. Look back at your last month’s calendar.
  2. Highlight activities or clients that energized you.
  3. Then highlight the ones that drained you.

If most of your time is going to the drainers, your business is misaligned with your purpose. The fix isn’t working harder—it’s working truer.
